As a one-off, we have a performance at another venue who also use Tessitura, and I need to set up the ticketing on our system. This needs to be reserved seating, so before I start creating a map, I was just wondering if it's possible to somehow get a copy of their exisiting map set-up and import it into our Facility Manager?

I posted a similar question a year or so ago, and at that stage a Facility Import process didn't exist.In order to create the Facility from scratch, and to align with the other organisation’s sections for ease of Order Import setup, I obtained their venue seating plan plus:
• Screen shots of the relevant rows in TR_SECTION• Screen shots from Facility Manager > Map Painter > Section tab• I also replicated the other organisations Best Seat and Seat Types, so screen shots of those tabs too
Armed with this information the Facility build wasn't too onerous.
