How do I setup our 'grandfathered' subscribers for the subscription rollover. I have both half and full season packages that have patrons in their original price point with a new pricing layout for the next season. The dollar amount of the tickets are staying the same. Do I need to go into each performance and manually enter in the 'grandfathered' seats into the facility map and then run the rollover? Or is there a faster way?
I would create a list of my “Grandfathered” Subs and rollover that Price Type based on the list and then I would rollover everyone else into another Price Type.
