Super Packages

We are in the process of working on super packages this year and I'm wondering if any one out here on the forums has any tales to tell about what worked well for them.  Any pitfalls that you encountered?  How the rollover worked for you the year after super packages.  How much work was involved initially?  How it affected your box office staff etc. Really any advice that you have would be helpful.

    We have used super packages on and off for a while now. (depending on packaging needs at both theatres).

    Although we never rolled over with them, they were easy to set up and use. Our staff never had any issues with them.

  • Hi Reena,

    We typically have two super packages per year. Setup is fairy straightforward and doesn't take too much longer than building a regular package; I learned by following the standard documentation. We also roll both of these packages over each year without issue (again I recommend following the documentation while doing it). The box office staff have never had issues with them to my knowledge.
