Are multiple pricing options available for renewals on TNew?
We have both a Early Renewal price and a Military subscription price. I have been searching all day and have been unsuccessful. I tried using a promo code and it did not work. It is possible that I made a mistake setting it up. (We have only been using Tessitura since April) Is there another avenue that has worked for anyone else? I know that early renewal discount pricing is common practice.
My plan for now is to rollover all of the subscriptions that the early renewal discount is applicable to at the discounted price and then revert them to full price after that deadline has passed.
Any advice is welcome.
