Florida Studio Theatre has been using Boca ticket stock for years, and we have no complaints. Since we started using their stock we are not experiencing the wear on our print heads we had with other ticket stock. I have had to replace only one print head in the past six years, and when using Boca stock, Boca replaces the head on Boca printers at no charge.

In my previous job with a different company, I ordered the ticket stock and they used BOCA. I know as a Tessitura using company, you do get a discount on some products (ticket stock being one of them), but you have to tell them you use Tessitura. Overall, the process was very easy. They can do imaging for you or you can provide them with imaging you’d want on the stock. For a new design in stock, it took about 6 weeks to get the tickets delivered. For a reorder, it took about 4 weeks.

We’ve used BOCA stock on and off over the past several years. The quality is good and the price competitive; they also offer free print head replacement, after using their stock for 6 months. The negative for us is that there was a lot of turnover in the sales force, and I never knew who to contact. They also did a very poor job communicating their annual shutdown in July, and that is why I switched for a few year. We are currently back with BOCA, after assurances from their sales manager of more seamless service and communication; which was the case this past year.
