Was hoping you could advise the best way to track Christmas Cards that were sent out to donors on Tessitura?
Would prefer if there was a way that I could track them and then in future pull a quick and easy list if necessary of who were sent xmas cards.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Gabriella,
We used an attribute where I used to work called Christmas Card, the value would be the year in question. As long as someone can keep adding each year for this attribute, you can run the Manage Attributes utility on a list.

If I were you I'd create a generic, miscellaneous Appeal, and promote the Xmas cards like any other mailing.
Agreed. We send out a very large number of Christmas cards each year and create an extraction for the mailing list which we then promote to a dedicated "holiday card" appeal. Even if you only send a handful, I think creating a list and promoting that list to an appeal is the easiest and most straightforward way to go.
