We are trying to track how many of our members are using their ticket benefits (i.e. vouchers or ticket credit) per performance. I've pulled the Performance Payment Summary and can see how much was paid via ticket credit (BTW, we're using the "On Account Box Office" payment method for this) or vouchers (using "Member Voucher Redeem"). However, I haven't found a way to figure out who the individuals are without having to go in to each individual record.
Just say, for example, we have 50 members who attended one performance, and $300 total in ticket credit was used to purchase tickets. Is there a report I can pull that will identify who used their credit as there are obviously many more members who attended that didn't use their credit.. How do I avoid delving in to each one of the 50 individual's records and reviewing their transactions?
Hi Katie,
Something that we do to track the 'Admit 1' cards we give to our members, is to use T-Stats to analyse the complimentary tickets used for a given Performance/Season with the Comp Reason 'Member Admit 1', which our operators select when a member uses them.
That has been helpful for getting percentage of Member comps redeemed.
If we need to work with the data more, we might export the constituents back to a Tessitura List.
Hope that helps.
