I am trying to pull information for our subscription mailing and am having difficulty pulling some of the information. I have used lists to pull the fixed and flex packages I need, and am extracting the information using an output set. I don't have access to system tables, so need to know what criteria to use to get the Section, Row, Seat, and pricing information. Is output set the best way to do this? What criteria would be used? I have a very quick turn around that needs to be done on this, so any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Sara,
Have you looked to see if an output set has already been created by someone else in your organisation? Open Output Set Builder and check the filter box in the bottom left corner of the screen so you can see all sets created.
Failing that, you might try using the report Sub Renewal Notices which is in the Ticketing Subscription folder in Reports/Utilities and can be run on a list and is for fixed seat packages. It does depend on your seasons specifying a renewal notice format in the system table TR_SEASON - hopefully this has been set up for you!
Otherwise, if you or anyone in your organisation can gain system table access, I can share some table values so you can set up the output set fields that you need.
