Good evening Tessiturians!
Has anyone out there tried to report on tickets that are printed but that do not get recorded as attended? I'm trying to pull something together to track a particular constituent's use of tickets across the board.
I was thinking of using T-Stats and filtering it through a list, but it would appear that seat status is not something that can be pulled out with list builder. :(
Thoughts, ideas?
Thanks!Short
Christopher,
Here’s an idea, based on the assumption that attendance data is being recorded either by N-Scan or the Record Attendance utility:
- Make a list of that constituent or constituents. To ensure you’re getting only their printed tickets, generate the list by using Order Search, setting the parameters for the season and performance(s) you want, and selecting only Printed tickets from the options.
- Run the Attendance by Performance report with a range of performance dates and the Attended Status criteria set to “Partially Attended” and/or “Not Attended”. Filter by that list.
This should give you their attendance pattern (or the lack of it) across multiple performances.
Hope this helps,
Jonathan
Hi Christopher!
Actually, T-Stats is one place you can pull this together. There's an example in the T-Stats Recipe Book called, T8. Sample 8 – Correlating Attendance to Price Type Category. This will give you a breakout of Attended vs Did Not Attend for all tickets. Then you can filter to just Did Not Attend and create a Tessitura list.
I hope that helps!Chris
