Hi everyone:
I'm very new to Tessitura having just finished implementation and I'm being asked to pull a list of all tickets buyers for the season, with number of tickets purchased, with the show listed and their zip codes. I understand T-Stats works for this which will come later for us.
I've created a number of different list criteria and am struggling with getting the criteria correct. I end up with too much information and not of the right kind or not enough.
I'm wondering if there's anyone out there who might be willing to point me to an existing report (I'm not seeing one) or share their criteria / method outside of TStats for accomplishing this? In the meantime I'll keep plugging away!!!
Thanks much!

Once you have T-Stats I'm not sure that is the answer to this particular query. T-Stats will provide you raw numbers i.e. X number of constituents bought X tickets to X list of performances not a listing of customer names and their zip codes. It sounds like you want a listing of customer names and their purchases which would be accomplished through a combo of lists or custom reporting with the right output set.
Just as an FYI you can get a break-down of number of constituents within each zip code for a given performance or group of performances but this again isn't as granular as what you are looking for.
T-Stats does allow you to save any report to List Manager which would give you the list of names but you would still need the right output set to add on the purchasing data you want in the output.
