Hi everyone:
I'm very new to Tessitura having just finished implementation and I'm being asked to pull a list of all tickets buyers for the season, with number of tickets purchased, with the show listed and their zip codes. I understand T-Stats works for this which will come later for us.
I've created a number of different list criteria and am struggling with getting the criteria correct. I end up with too much information and not of the right kind or not enough.
I'm wondering if there's anyone out there who might be willing to point me to an existing report (I'm not seeing one) or share their criteria / method outside of TStats for accomplishing this? In the meantime I'll keep plugging away!!!
Thanks much!

If this is a one time thing.
You might try the standard “Order export utility” to filter and get the raw data. And then import this into MS Excel. If you need to do some reporting from there you could create a pivot table to do bit of summarizing of the data.

I'm not sure there's a good way to do this outside of a custom report. Happy to share mine. Please e-mail offline if interested.
