Batch Printing Annoyance

Hi,

We're just about to start batch printing our tickets for the season and have come across an annoyance.

We have the settings set up to pause after each order, however whenever we do this the last ticket stops half-way in the printer. Then we must push another order through (whose last ticket will then be stuck half-way through), or press test on the printer to force it out.

Has anyone else enountered this problem with batch printing? It doesn't happen anywhere else except for the batch printing - all other printing is fine.

    We had something similar on one of our box office machines, have you checked that the printer settings are exactly the same as every other machine?

    All of our printers have the same settings, and all of them get stuck in batch printing. What settings might be causing this?

    I fixed our issue by changing the device settings to Cont. Feed – No Break: Letter
