Hello!
We were scanning some tickets in offline mode earlier this week. These scans have not yet been uploaded to Tessitura.
At one point during the week we were doing some testing of the scanners and made changes to the wireless settings and also switched them over to our test database for a short period. These offline scans seem to be gone now.
I'm thinking the reason the scans disappeared was because of the switch from Live to Test. Am I correct with that assumption? Is there any way to now recover those scans or are they lost forever?

Beth, I believe when you were testing scanners and connecting them to server, you had to click on Rebuild Database . it rebuilds local database inside a scanner and erases all offline collected data.
