Reporting on ticket numbers per constituent per season

Hi everyone,

I'm sure this is really very easy and obvious and I'm just missing the point however I'm having a bit of a brain freeze trying to run a report or list that will tell me if any of our constituents have purchased more than four tickets to a particular production season.

We have a four ticket limit in place that we can enforce online but there is nothing to stop someone then phoning the box office and buying more tickets. Obviously our staff will try to remember to check the constituent's ticket history before selling the tickets but this is not fool proof.

We are also aware that people may simply create new logins and buy extra tickets that way but there is only so much we can do to try and enforce the limit.

Our DBA is on holiday so we can't do anything requiring complex back end work.

Any ideas appreciated.

Thanks,

Brooke

  • Not sure if you have room in the constituent header, but you could also add an element that tells you how many tickets someone has in that season, or if they've reached the limit or something like that. We've used that sometimes on special on sale days when you need specific info fast - and you can see the header at the top of every order. YRMV. :)
