Reporting on ticket numbers per constituent per season

Hi everyone,

I'm sure this is really very easy and obvious and I'm just missing the point however I'm having a bit of a brain freeze trying to run a report or list that will tell me if any of our constituents have purchased more than four tickets to a particular production season.

We have a four ticket limit in place that we can enforce online but there is nothing to stop someone then phoning the box office and buying more tickets. Obviously our staff will try to remember to check the constituent's ticket history before selling the tickets but this is not fool proof.

We are also aware that people may simply create new logins and buy extra tickets that way but there is only so much we can do to try and enforce the limit.

Our DBA is on holiday so we can't do anything requiring complex back end work.

Any ideas appreciated.

Thanks,

Brooke

  • Hi Brooke,

Have you got access to be able to add list criteria to List Manager? We have one which is called Ticket No of Seats called which we use to do something similar. It pulls from our local ticket history screen which has number of seats in it, so if you have access to add list criterion and also have seat numbers and the Production Season in your ticket history I could share this with you.

Alternatively you could possibly run the Attendance by Performance report for that Production Season, include all Attended Status, save to Excel, then sort and subtotal in Excel
