Hello Tessiturians,
I have a Boca printer that is being a little odd. Every 10-15 minutes (I haven't timed it, not sure if the timing is consistent or not), the power cycles. It restarts, does the thing where it spits out some ticket stock and sucks it back in, and then carries on with its day... just like when you first switch it on. Has anyone else seen this happen? What's wrong with the printer? Do I need to send it for repair?

The only thing I can think of would be if the printer is momentarily losing its connection to the power source. If it;'s just one printer, you could check to make sure the power cord is plugged in securly to both ends and maybe try a different outlet to see if it's an external issue. It might be something that could be repaired, but if its not causing any problems, it might not be worth it.
