Our Marketing guy had an idea to send out gift cards printed on ticket stock to new to file customers. Using a list in Season Manager under the Batch Ticket Printing Setup, he was hoping to print just ticket headers on our ticket cardstock, but this isn't for an actual performance, so the print Preview showed nothing as a result.
Is there a way to force Tessitura to print these ticket headers without actually creating a fake performance and "seating" these people? If not, it seems like we could devise a quick mail merge document with the ticket stock's dimensions in Word and print to the BOCA that way.
Any ideas, Tessiturians?
