The Australian Brandenburg Orchestra is seeking a talented Ticketing Manager with experience in managing subscription ticketing and providing high quality customer service to our loyal subscribers and other ticket buyers. The role also manages a small team all of whom need to be Tessitura experienced. The Ticketing Manager is a full time position based in our Sydney office and, also involves some interstate travel. The position does require a person with considerable Tessitura experience however an experienced Ticketing Manager without Tessitura experience may be considered. This position reports to the Marketing Manager and works closely with the marketing team. This is an ideal role for someone wishing to expand their professional skill base. Strong systems knowledge is important as is an interest in developing both system and people to reach their potential.
