Flex Pack Renewals

Hi everyone,

We’re looking at options for next year and I’m wondering if anyone has developed a workaround or a solution for renewing/rolling over/base seats for flex packs.  I’d love to hear what others are doing!

Thanks,

Adrienne

  • Hi Adrienne,

If they are true Flex packages with no base/composite seats then, no.  If you are not already aware, you can create "Flex" Packages in Tessitura with fixed seats that can be rolled over the following year where the subscriber can subscribe to the minimum number of performances you set.  The catch is they need to stick to a set combination of dates to retain the fixed seat.  I mentioned it at the end of this thread: http://www.tessituranetwork.com/Community/forums/p/10296/31941.aspx#31941

The renewal mail out data I extracted a few months ago was mostly for  flex packages but I still extracted the price zone and price types based on the subscribers' last performance in their packages so we could calculate the cost of their renewal - doing that saved them half the effort of completing the renewal form if they ended up taking the same package in 2014.

    Cheers,

    Kevin
