Hello -
I am building a package of three set concerts. I have built this as "Flex" because the seating will be best available and will be different for every single concert. We are currently testing on the Web and only "Mail" is showing up as a delivery option, no "Will Call."
I have "Mail" and "Will Call" set up for all possible MOS under TX_MOS_SHIP_METHOD and it it still not displaying "Will Call" as an option. Any thoughts as to what I might be doing wrong?
