Good day all!
I've just built a slew of offers for an event we have coming up in January and I'm finding that some of the disabled zones are showing up on the purchase page. These zones are showing up with a $0.00 price and the seat selection dropdown is missing, which effectively prevents anyone from purchasing.
However, they shouldn't be showing up at all. Has anyone else come across this peculiar item? I thought I'd check here before submitting a TNEW Support ticket.

Just to clarify - do you mean the seats in the facility in those price zones are disabled? Are the price zones in price maps not disabled? I think this could be the cause.

The zones are disabled on the price maps, both Ticket and Fee maps have the zones disabled. I've noticed that this is happening more frequently with offers. We're on TNEW v4.5 and I'm starting to think it may be a bug.
We have a ticket open with the TNEW Team currently, but so far we're stumped.
Thankfully you can't add those $0.00 seats to the cart, but it's not the best customer experience.
