Hello, just wondering if anyone else has had problems with blank lines in addresses when trying to slide up more than one line? Our address layout is set up like this:
Salutation 1
Street 1
Street 2
Town
State
Postcode
When only one of these fields are blank then slide up works as expected and moves all the fields below up a line. However, when a second field is blank the subsequent fields are only moving up one space instead of two which is leaving a blank space in the address eg:
It's not the end of the world just wondering if anyone else has found this and what they have done to resolve it.
Thanks in advance
Phil

Hi Phil,
Did you ever find a solution to this?
Tom
Thanks Phil,
We are still seeing what you described on our headers and we are on V12.1. Just one of those things that I get asked why it's happening every now and then.
Any additional info you can provide would be great!
Thanks again,
It is no-longer a problem, but I don’t remember if I figured out a way to resolve it or if it was fixed by the upgrade to v12.
Why do you ask? Are you having a similar problem?
