We want to begin to offer these on-line. I have set up the Promo code, which includes a shift in MOS; the only delivery method is Hold at Box Office & buyers need to bring an ID, to pick up their tickets.
How do other organizations handle a split price type order? If a buyer puts in the promo code, both(all) of their tickets will be discounted... I highly doubt buyers are going to buy one @ the discount, log out log back in and buy a full price ticket...the other route, buy a discount & reset the promo code is too confusing
I'm stumped!

Hi Carol,
I include my full price Price Type in the discounted MOS. That way when the shift happens they see the discounted price but they also have the option to purchase full price tickets at the same time.
