Does anyone know of a way to report on Reprinted/Duplicated tickets?
For events that are not currently scanned. I am trying to get an idea of how many tickets are reprinted.
I have written a report that based on Season and a performance date range (with the option to run by Constituency, Customer No. or List) will show you all the tickets reprinted with the following output.
Customer Details (Constituency No. and Account Name), Order No, Perf Date, Perf Code, Perf Name, Seat Details, Printed Status, Date Reprinted, Reprinted By and Location, plus order notes. It doesn't give you any totals, but would be happy to forward if it would help.
