We are using the order confirmations utility/report under the ticket processing folder to send confirmations to teachers who will be attending our school performances.
The orders are on the teacher's household account. They have a mailing purpose of "school address" that we are using so that the confirmation is mailed to the school, but we are having trouble figuring out how to make it so that the teacher's spouse's name doesn't show up on the confirmation.
I tried pulling a list and including the individual and removing the households from the list, but that resulted in only printing confirmations for teachers that don't have a household.
My next thought was to create a salutation type to add to their household account that just has the teacher name, but am hoping there is a way to make this happen without having to manually enter it on each record. I haven't been able to find a utility that adds salutations. Does anyone know how to do this easily? And make it so these salutations continue to be added without the user having to do it manually?
I'm open to other ideas/suggestions you might be using at your organizations!
