We are still brainstorming this one but would be interested to hear from anyone who might have been in a similar situation.
We have a film festival that runs every night over a number of weeks over two venues. Tickets are not sold for specific sessions, just a voucher that admits entry to either venue, subject to nightly capacities/availability. These vouchers have come in Single, 6 and 12 packs.
We want to introduce NScan this year as a way of monitoring attendance and to cut down on the number of reports that are pulled as each voucher type that is redeemed needs to be reported on. Previously, these have all been hand counted and recorded on a spreadsheet.
I'm interested to hear about any reports that may facilitate this or any specific way to build these that will make the process easier. The vouchers act as the ticket, and if possible we want to stay away from having to redeem them on the night for a specific session entry.
