Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone else has had any issues with their Cumulative Sales Prior to Performance widget in their Dashboards. Specifically in terms of orders or invoices that were dated for a time in the future and if this has effected your reporting in any way.
We have a dashboard that is set to display single ticket sales beginning 15 weeks before a show begins and right up to the present week. Right now, it is showing us the sales trend of two productions because they are approaching within 15 weeks.
However, it's also showing us the sales trend of a show that does not occur until March 2014. According to the line graph and according to the lovely JCA support team, we may have some single ticket orders that could have been inadvertently forward-dated. Its either that, or the performance date is set for today. (eek!)
Aside from the Order Search, I can't seem to find any future dated orders that are single ticket, so I'm not sure if this is the solution or if there is a better one.
Anyone have any ideas as to what could be going on?
