At the La Jolla Playhouse, we would like to begin offering subscription renewals online. Easy enough, but the catch is we use a shadow season. What this means is we don't actually have our season confirmed, but our customers have enough faith to purchase a package.
We contacted TNEW and in short, this is outside of what is customizable.
Does anyone out there offer online subscription renewals while using a shadow season?
