We have an understanding of how to limit the sections within a promo code but we have offers such as staff receiving 2 comp tickets to some shows.
For this we need a promo code that is limited to 2 seats so they can reserve this online instead of having to do all of these orders through our CSRs.
Is there any way to limit the number of tickets that can be bought using a promo code?
Our problem seems to be in our attempts to apply 2 price types with 2 different limits ie. 2 comps and 4 at a discount. The system last season was allowing for 4 of both price type.
We also had some issues when trying to apply a price type to a new code. Offering 25% off on all of our shows throughout the season but using a different promo with a set run time for each production.

Hi,
When we add an Offer to the Internet Mode-Of-Sale within a performance, there is a 'limit' box where we enter a figure for the maximum number of tickets per transaction for this price type. Would that cover it?
