Ticket Design in V.11

Hi All,

We finally converted to V.11 and are having a problem with the ticket design we used in V.10. The word "household" is giving us problems.  It doesn't seem to make any difference if I use "First Name1 and Last Name 1" or "Customer Name 1". I still get the word "Household" after the constituent names. This makes the name way too long on the ticket and there's no need for it either. I'm sure it will just confuse our ticket buyers, too

Did anyone else have this problem? If so, what did you do to correct it? I appreciate any and all suggestions.

  • Hi Susan,

    We have references to customer names on our header and our performance tickets and neither have the "household" addition.
    For our ticket header we use the Salutation1 field.
    For our performance tickets (which used to pull LastName1, First Name1) we added the new sort_name field as a custom element. This now gives us LastName/FirstName.

    No references to households anywhere!
