Custom Ticket & Sub History

We use a custom ticket and subscription history table (and associated views).  When moving transactions from an individual, the history can't move, because we don't have the setting with the table names.

Where are the settings? (T_DEFAULTS?) and what are the names?  I've looked for documentation, but can't find it.

Thanks!

  • Hi David,

Here is the help topic you want: http://www.tessituranetwork.com/Help_System/Content/System_Tables/TR_CUSTOM_TAB.htm

And the piece of info in it you need is:

Update Table - If the custom screen holds editable fields, then this column must contain the name of the table that will be updated and is used to build the SQL statements within the screen. The custom screens on the Product Reference Guide are for display only and cannot be updated. In addition, browser-based screens are not updatable except by custom code outside the application.

NOTE: While the Ticket History and Performance History screens are display only, you must enter the tables where the data for these screens are stored in order for the Ticket and Subscription History option on the Move Transactions to Household feature to function.
