Activity History List

I have been trying to figure out if there is a way to pull a list that includes a constituent's activities under the history tab. I'm still very new to Tessitura, so I may be missing a very obvious step when creating a list. Any help is much appreciated!

  • In List Manager, when choosing your criteria, look for the folder on the left called "Activities". Inside of that you can see the range of criteria you have to choose from.

You can also see that Activity criteria folder in the screenshot for Criteria Help in the documentation:

    Hope that helps!

  • Caitlin, if you’re looking to have a report of activities, you can use the Summary or Activity History report under the Development folder in Reports and Utilities.  You would need to have security to see this folder (I can when logged in as Development but can’t when logged in under Ticketing, for example.)

If you’re wanting to include activity history as criteria in building a list, you can pull on Activity Date, Host, Status etc.  Theses criteria live in the Activities folder in the List Manager criteria.

    Hope this helps!

  • Hi Caitlin

Apart from creating a list like Beth suggested. If you want to output the actual Activity information, you could get your IT folks to set up some Output Set Elements. There are some examples that they could use or modify in the Output Set Builder Cookbook.

Just remember that if you opt to select multiple activities for the Output Set Elements it can result in returning multiple rows in your list for constituents.

    Cheers
