When we try to save this report to a list, we get zero records. As a work-around, we can export to Excel or CSV, then import, but that is clunky and time-consuming.
Is this a bug? known behavior? User error?
Any advice would be appreciated.
This is version 11.0.4
A support ticket solved the issue. I had to open the format file in Infomaker (it is customized - news to me) and update the customer_no from 'number' to 'long'.
