Happy Thursday ...We're still learning at Bass Hall-Fort Worth, and thanks to a user I either found a problem or (more likely) don't understand a process. One of my users needed access to the Customer Service radio button on the Constituent=>Connections tab, but the RB was grayed out.In Security I selected Maintain Security Objects, selected the user's assigned group, selected (All Constituencies) in the middle column, then selected Const Connections Tab, and Const Cust Service RB. My user had full access to each of these objects.I also selected View By: Security Group, and that view indicated the user had the necessary access. I also tried View By: Security Object, with the same results.I removed the rights, then added them back. But the user still did not have access. So, instead of selecting (All Constituencies) in the middle column, I selected all of the constituencies (using shift-click), then reviewed the Security Object settings. Using this process the user's group did not have access, so I added the access. This resolved the problem.Am I doing something wrong, or am I missing other steps to ensure security updates complete? Is it necessary to select the constituencies before granting access? Thanks, everyoneWendell Baskin
Thank you, Gawain …
I generated a Task ticket.

That sounds like a question for TASK to me. We always use "All Constituencies" with no issue. Let us know what you find out, though.
