Auditing Changes to Batch Print Sets

Good morning Tessiturians!

I apologize if this is something basic, but I'm fairly new to Tessitura Administration but I was wondering if there was a place that logs changes made to Batch Print Sets in Season Manager.  Recently my Web Batch print set was deleted and I'd love to find out just who may have done that. :)

    There isn’t really an audit trail for deleting a Rollover Set… ultimately the rows are just deleted from T_RO_SET_DETAIL and T_RO_SET_MASTER (via TP_DELETE_RO_SET). Neither of these tables has a trigger to write to an audit table.

  • You know, I had a feeling that may be the case. I'll see if I can't get someone to own up to it. Would this be worth submitting as an enhancement request?

    I know this original post appeared a while ago, but we've also had some batch print sets mysteriously disappear.

    If anyone knows if there have been developments in being able to track changes, I'd love to know.

  • I had the same issue occur a bit ago. If the batch print set was originally set to a specific season rather than “all active seasons” and the original season has been inactivated, it may just be hidden. Try unchecking the “current only” checkbox in the bottom left corner of the batch print screen.

    The missing Set was set to “All Active Seasons”, but yes we did also untick “Current Only” just to check, and unfortunately not there either – thanks for the response though!
