Email and direct mail reporting - benchmarked and integrated with campaigns/appeals structure

Hi all,

Does anyone have a report that covers emails and direct mailings within a campaigns and appeals structure, with benchmarks? 

I'd like one that covers open, click, engagement (email only), and opt-out rates, along with metrics such as no. constituents sent, number of tickets bought, total paid amount, % booking, Amount spent per constituent, average price per ticket, mailing spend and ROI.
