Constituent Import running slow

Has anyone noticed a significant change to the amount of time it takes to run the Constituent Import utility since upgrading to v11?

I'm finding a relatively small list of 219 patrons is taking an excessive amount of time to insert compared to pre-v11 days.

    I never used it pre-v11, but I'm attempting it right now with about 2600 records.  I thought I'd leave a little early today.  I guess not.

    I've had the same issue, and opened a help desk ticket about it as it was taking so long. It is to do with the duplicate record checking, and support gave me a solution to the slowness problem, I would suggest contact them to see what they say.

    There was a hotfix that Tessitura posted to TASK in May that might help your issues. We've installed the fix recently, and things seem to be chugging along faster, but our lists have not been very large as of yet...

    Not sure if it's the same fix Caryl was referencing, but it might still work...
