We are trying to use allocations online but are running into an issue. Everything is set up correctly in the client (as far as I can tell!) and when I log in as ‘webuser’ and I can process an order with the correct source code, MOS, PT, and allocation (using best seat).
When trying to do this online though, we keep getting our ‘sold out’ message (all publish dates have been checked and rechecked).
A closer look at this and it appears as though the method GetPerformanceDetailWithDiscountingEx which passes the following:
Sessionkey
Perf_no
Mos
Content_type
isn’t returning any results for the price table. There are definitely prices and seats available though. Any advice would be much appreciated :-)

Well it looks like I just fixed that problem!
The MOS we were using didn't have a default PT - looks like this is required in order for the price table to be populated.
However - now it is not allocating the correct seats (it is giving seats that aren't in the allocation).
Thanks anyway for reading my woes...haha. I will continue on with troubleshooting.
