The description for our Mail2 check box in List Manger changed back to TMS during the v11 upgrade. Where in Tess can the description be changed?

You'll need to be a System Administrator in Tessitura and then Ctrl and Alt and click on the text you wish to change, this will give you the Edit Datawindow Screen Label where you can rename the field.
