So my organization just switched over to Version 11. Before I was able to merge CIDs with 'on account' money and the money would stay 'on account' in the CID I chose to keep. I usually only did this when someone gave online and created a duplicate CID in the process. That way I could keep all giving history in one CID. With Version 11 I noticed that an individual's on account money will not show up in the corresponding household CID. When I try to process a contribution it automatically populates the household and now I can't get to the on account money on the individual's CID. Anyone have this problem or know a way to fix it?
Hi Anna -
It sounds like you are forcing transactions to the household. If that is the case, then when you merge an account into an affiliate account you'll need to do the additional step of moving transactions to the household.
You can read about it on this thread:

or in the help files here:

As always - I'd try this on test first. I think all you'd *have* to move for the On Account to move up to the household is orders.
