Hi everyone. We have something coming up where the event will last for over 30 hours and they want to be able to scan tickets as the day changes. Apparently they've had problems scanning tickets when the day changes. They'll need to scan tickets from 9 a.m. on a Saturday through 5 p.m. on Sunday. Is this just a matter of making sure the event in Tessitura is set a certain way or with a certain time frame or something?
