We recently conducted a phone append (using a vendor other than the Tess-recommended MBS) and I am hoping to use the NCOA Processing Utility to import the results back into Tessitura. I've read the documentation pretty carefully, and it looks like even though I am only interested in updating/changing phone numbers, our address data will in some way be affected and the Address Last Updated By field will be set to NCOA$DNM, because neither a new address nor a standardized address is in my data import file.
Is there a way to use this utility only on phone numbers? Have others found a way around this?
