Hi everyone. Please take a look at the image I uploaded. At the far right top of the image you'll see a Pay checkbox. Where do I go to remove that option for a specific control group? I can't seem to find it.

You can definitely set a control group on the Invoice payment method in Campaigns > References, which would prevent users from seeing the invoice altogether, but I'm not sure about just removing the Pay checkbox.
I know you have to be able to open an uncontrolled batch to make a payment on an invoice, which might be helpful in limiting payments.

In security the Viewing Invoices object is the one that controls the invoice rights. If you right click on the security objects in the Maintain Security Object window you can often get more details on the rights for the object, especially ones like this one where the rights have special meaning. In this case View rights give you the right to see invoices, and Edit rights give you the right to make payments. The pay checkbox will always be available but the payments button will only be available if you have the edit rights.
