Hi All,
Since upgrading to version 11.0.4 I'm noticiing that the 'Tools' pull down menu disappears after I run a report, it's then replaced with a 'Reports' pull down menu. I then have to re-login to get it back. Am I being really dumb?

No, you're not. Its a bug. The only way we've found is to logout of Tess and back in again.

Does anyone know if this got fixed in the end? I read the other thread as well and there are no recent posts.
We're running V12 now and it still happens to me. The only difference is I usually s get Ticketing Setup or System Tables stuck there - it's rarely Reports that stick for me.

Hi Brooke,
It’s not fixed unfortunately. The most painful one for us is when it occurs during order processing. Sometimes, the Tools menu disappears and is replaced with a second Orders menu. A number of our people use functions in the Tools pull-down. The only way to get it back is to log off and back on (at least based on what we’ve discovered so far).

Has anyone tried creating a new Windows profile re: this bug? We recently ran into a mysterious issue involving dates in Order Search that only went away when we created a new profile for the single affected user.
