SSRS Export

I have one SSRS report that when I try to export the results say to excel, it opens a browser window to the Tessitura Web Reports then prompting for user creditentials. I can't find anything different on this report than any other report that have. Is there any reason why this report would be different?

Thanks,

Marty

  • I don't recall what exactly fixed this but I think it was one or both of these below:
    1. SQL server 2008 r2 SP1 (one of the interim patches prior to when SP1 on SQL Server 2008 R2 was causing this) when we applied SP1 this went away.
    2. Adding your SSRS site to the list of Internet Trust sites in IE

    Hi Guys,

Did you manage to resolve this issue? I am facing the same problem with one of our custom SSRS reports.

    Thanks.

IIRC, in our case I don't think the reports that had this problem existed before v11.
