Later version of reporting services uses config file for its configuration settings instead of IIS (>2005). I think it is this one:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRSXXXXX.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\ReportServer\RSReportServer.config
might be the file you need to tweek
