Anyone using VDI in their callcenters and/or offices?

We are preparing to rollout a VDI solution to our call center this summer.  Wanted to see who was using a VDI solution already.  If so, which platform (vmware view/XenDesktop/other), did you go with and why?  And are you happy with it?
