system table for usergroup/pmt method

Hi everyone,

I’m beginning to prepare for the daunting task of assessing our user groups and security rights.   And, while I’ve found the lovely tx_security_rights (wish it had object descriptions in it!) and the majority of the tables for the data objects, I can’t find where user group/payment method lives.  It’s probably sitting right in front of me, but if someone could give me a figurative knock on the head and point it out for me, that would be awesome…
