House Map Report Not Printing Correctly

We have several workstations that are not printing the House Map report correctly.  It does not matter which printer is selected, the report prints with box type settings rather than letters.  Other workstations print to the same printers with no problem.  I have tried reinstalling Tessitura (removing  the PBVM folder), deleting and reinstalling the printer, and changing the font settings on the printer.  Thoughts? As always - thanks.

  • Hi Sheila,

Did you try grabbing the entire contents of the c:\windows\fonts\ folder and copying them over to the malfunctioning machines? They might be missing the fonts alltogether in the system itself.

    I hope this helps.

  • Thank you!!!!  I thought I had tried copying over the font folder, but apparently not.

This can come off the bottom of that to do list, it has been there for quite a while.

  • In version 9.0, the House Map report got an overhaul.  One of the updates was changing the font from a system font to use Courier New which should cause this issue to occur much less frequently.
