If anyone is doing subscriptions on the web, how are you doing box office notifications if a patron requests an ‘upgrade’? CSI? Are the tables TR_CUST_SUBSCRIPTION_TYPE and TR_CUST_SUBSCRIPTION_STATUS available to the API? And do you use a separate MOS for Web Subs.
